Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging .
Final sale, customized, or gift card items are not eligible for return.
Email us at support@maarie.in with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions.
Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to receive a replacement or resolution.
